Matt joined the Culinary Management Family over a year ago and has been a tremendous asset. With 25 years of experience in food service he has a wealth of ideas and the ability to execute them. He has worked in the private sector in management positions in restaurants as well as prestigious colleges and universities such as Indiana Wesleyan, Dallas Christian, Central Bible College and Nazarene Trevecca. One of his favorite experiences was working as a dietary manager for a retirement community in Kentucky. He moved to Alabama six years ago, and now that he has joined our staff, we hope to keep him for many years to come.
