Since the 1990s, Culinary Management Solutions has operated all food service at Faulkner University — one of the longest-standing food service partnerships in the region. CMS maintains the full institutional kitchen infrastructure, employs and trains all dining staff, and manages daily meal production across five campus locations. What started as a single cafeteria operation has grown into a comprehensive campus dining program that serves hundreds of students, faculty, and staff every day.
